Job description
Vanguard-IP, a California patent practice, seeks an experienced patent attorney with a mechanical engineering background to support medical device portfolios. The role involves drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and performing freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses for surgical, robotics-assisted, and cardiovascular devices.
