Job description
Vanguard-IP is seeking a candidate with a strong mechanical engineering background and proven experience in drafting and prosecuting medical device patent applications. The role requires evaluating freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses, performing due diligence, and managing patent portfolios.
Candidates should hold an undergraduate (or higher) degree in mechanical engineering, have a license in good standing in their resident state, and be registered before the USPTO.
