Medical Device- START UP/LAUNCH/EQUITY Opportunity
Start-up healthcare company is expanding their commercial sales team and looking for experienced field sales professionals to help expand awareness and adoption.
Role Details:
* Field Sales Representative (Territory-based; no overnight travel )
* Total 1st year compensation: $220-300k++
* Base Salary: $90k-120k
* On-Target Earnings: $80,000-$160,000++ in commissions/bonus
* Opportunity to make 350-400k OTE if a top performer
* Territory: Queens, NY
* Car allowance
* Calling on endocrinologists, primary care and specialty clinics
* Educating on clinical benefits and driving product adoption
What They're Looking For:
* 1-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR
* 2+ years of medical device experience
* Endocrine/Diabetes experience strongly preferred but not required
* Strong consultative selling skills and relationship building
* Comfort engaging healthcare providers and influencing product adoption
