Job description
Gateway Foundation seeks a Medical Director to lead clinical operations at our Lake Villa, IL sites. You will oversee medical care for clients, review admissions and discharges, authorize treatment, and coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services.
Responsibilities include on-site clinic administration, policy compliance, staff training, and participation in performance improvement activities. A MD/DO with license and ASAM recognition is required.
