Job description
Optimus Health Care Inc. is seeking an Adult Medicine Medical Director in Bridgeport, CT. This full-time leadership role combines administration (40%) with direct patient care (60%), guiding clinical teams across multiple sites.
You will supervise clinicians, coordinate staffing, and drive quality improvement within a patient-centered model. The position requires 3–5 years of clinical management experience, an MD or DO license, and EPIC proficiency.
