Job description
Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Attending Physician to lead population health initiatives within our Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model. You will collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility leaders to deliver high-quality, accountable, team-based care across multiple long-term care facilities.
The role may include Medical Directorship responsibilities, providing clinical leadership and oversight as needed, with a focus on evidence-based, proactive care for residents.
