Job description
We are seeking a dedicatedMedical Director/Attending Physician to provide exceptional care across localskilled nursing facilities in Carlinville, IL. This part-time opportunityoffers outstanding scheduling flexibility, a collaborative practiceenvironment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the health andwell-being of post-acute and long-term care patients. As the attending physician,you will partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistantsto deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinicalleadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

Casey, Coulterville, Flanagan, Galesburg,Hillsboro, Macomb, Marshall, Mascoutah, and Paris, Illinois.
Additional OpportunitiesNationwide:
Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts,Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
Position Highlights:
Part-time schedule servinglocal skilled nursing facilities
Physicians typically covereach facility 1–2 days per week
No fixed daily start or endtimes
No call responsibilities
No overnight shifts
18 – 25 visits per day

Active MD or DO,unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
