Position Overview
Breast Surgical Oncologist Physician (Medical Director) for the breast program at Advocate Christ Medical Center, Oak Lawn, IL, with an accredited breast fellowship.
Responsibilities
Lead the future direction and growth of the Breast Program from a clinical and educational perspective.
Participate in succession planning and mentorship alongside current Medical Director and two other breast surgeons.

Salary Range: $450,000 – $450,000

Teaching role
Call schedule 1:3 Monday‑Friday; weekend call covered by fellow
Clinical staff support
Ultrasound and aspiration availability
Lead a busy NAPBC with recent 3‑year approval
Opportunity to lead an accredited Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship
Multidisciplinary Oncology Care Clinic weekly
Integrated Network Cancer Program accredited
EPIC EMR system
Access to DAX Copilot, an AI‑powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic
Qualifications
Completed fellowship training.
Minimum five years of experience.
