Job description
Frontier is expanding its direct primary care clinics in Texas. We are seeking a Medical Director (MD/DO) to lead with compassion, mentor teams, and oversee operations across multiple clinic locations in Richardson, Mesquite, Duncanville and Arlington.
You will guide clinical care, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with senior leadership to deliver high-quality, patient-first care at scale. A Texas license and board certification in Family Medicine are required.
