Job description
Chapa-De Indian Health in Auburn, CA seeks a Medical Director (Family Medicine) to lead a team across Auburn, Grass Valley and a forthcoming Rocklin center. The role combines two clinic days with 2.5–3 days of clinical leadership in a 36–40 hour week.
The compensation ranges from $340,000 to $380,000 base, plus signing bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive employer-paid medical, dental and vision, retirement match, CME allowance and tail coverage.
