Job Description

\ NA Guerneville, Californiabased client is seeking a Family Practice Physician to serve as the Medical Director for a community health center. This will be a mixed clinical and administrative role. An ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience or more and leadership experience.

\ NRequired Qualifications

\ N Graduated from anaccredited medical school with a MD or DO degree

\ N Current CA state medical license

\ N Completed an accreditedresidency program

\ N Current DEA certificate

\ N 5 years of experience as a primary care physician

\ N Current CPR certification

\ N Responsibilities

\ N Provide clinical oversight and guidance to medical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices, protocols, and regulatory standards.

\ N Act as a subject matterexpert, offering insights and recommendations on complex medical cases and treatment plans.

\ N Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the organization's mission and vision.

\ N Contribute to the development of clinical programs, quality improvement initiatives, and patient care pathways.

\ N Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standard of care delivery.

\ N Analyze clinical data, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance patient outcomes.

\ N Stay current with industry regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements, ensuring full compliance across all clinical operations.

\ N Provide clinical care on designated days per week, ensuring accessibility to patients and maintaining clinical skills.
