Job description
Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island seeks a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and consultation across departments, partnering with the CMO to meet medical management targets, and overseeing physicians and clinical programs to promote quality care for plan members.
The role includes governance involvement, oversight of credentialing, and collaboration with Pharmacy and Therapeutics committees, regulatory and accreditation activities, and performance management of staff.
