Job description
Holy Cross Medical Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks a dynamic Medical Director of Hematology/Oncology to provide strategic leadership for its growing oncology program. The SMD will partner with service line leaders to drive clinical quality, patient safety, and program development.
The role requires board certification in Hematology/Oncology, an MD/DO, and at least 5 years of clinical leadership experience. Strong collaboration and recruitment skills are essential.
