Medical Director (IM/FM/Geriatrics) - Central NY | 30 Mins to Syracuse | Post-Acute Care

Compensation & Benefits:
$232K-$264K+ base FFS compensation with uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing care management
Lead quality initiatives and collaborate with facility leadership
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
Mentor clinicians and support operational excellence
Maintain timely, compliant documentation
Qualifications:
MD/DO with New York license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
IM, FM, or Geriatrics background preferred
Post-acute, inpatient, ED, or clinic experience welcomed
