Job description
MedVet Boston will be an advanced, 24/7 emergency and multi-specialty hospital built to deliver exceptional care. The Medical Director will partner with the Hospital Director in a dyad leadership model, guiding Emergency and Specialty services and overseeing all doctors.
You will lead medical services, manage hiring, performance, scheduling, and budgets, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and compassion across the caregivers.
