Job description
Frontier Direct, LLC is seeking a Medical Director (MD/DO) to lead clinical operations across our Texas clinics. You will provide oversight, mentor advanced practice providers, and shape a sustainable care model with the Chief Medical Officer and leadership team.
You’ll manage daily clinic needs, ensure compliance and patient safety, coach teams, and drive quality improvement while fostering a compassionate, patient-first culture.
