Job description
Altimmune is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to lead Medical Affairs strategy for MASH, ALD, and AUD, guiding late-stage development and pre-launch plans. This role partners across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams to shape evidence generation and global communications.
Based in Morristown, NJ, the role is hybrid with 2–4 days in the office, reporting to the Senior Director, Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications.
