Job Details Job Location: TN, Henning - West Tennessee State Penitentiary - Henning, TN 38041 Position Type: Full-Time Education Level: Professional Degree Salary Range: $301,000.00 Salary Job Shift: Day Job Category: Medical Physician & Advanced Practice Provider $20,000 retention bonus and compensation starting at $301,000+.

We are currently seeking a full-time Site Medical Director to join our team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary located in Henning, Tennessee.

The Medical Director provides the clinical direction needed to meet service delivery requirements, direct clinical services for patients, and clinical supervision for medical staff at the assigned site under the supervision of the Statewide Medical Director. The Medical Director collaborates with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate medical services are provided, and participates in various committees to include Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics as requested.

Qualifications

MD or DO

Active, unrestricted TN license

Active, unrestricted DEA

Leadership/directorship experience preferred

Ability to pass credentialing and background check

Shift

Day Shift

Monday - Friday

PAID call

No nights, holidays or weekends
