Location Nashville, United States Sector Medical & Nursing Salary 150,000.00 US to 175,000.00 US per annum

A growing veterinary hospital in the highly desirable Nashville, Tennessee area is seeking an ambitious Medical Director / Veterinarian who is ready to take the next step beyond a traditional Associate Veterinarian role.

What You'll Receive
$150,000$175,000 base salary, dependent on experience
20% production bonus with no negative accrual

Your responsibilities and influence can include:
Building, leading, and mentoring your veterinary team
Influencing hiring decisions and developing hospital culture
Helping select equipment and technology investments

Driving growth and enhancing the client and patient experience

What We’re Looking For
We're seeking a veterinarian who is:
A DVM or equivalent eligible for Tennessee veterinary licensure
Ideally has 2+ years of clinical experience

Interested in leadership and developing a strong veterinary team
Motivated by professional and financial growth
Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and driven
Excited by the opportunity to influence, grow, and ultimately own a veterinary practice
Previous Medical Director or leadership experience is welcomed but not essential for the right candidate. What matters most is a genuine desire to lead, develop, and build something for the long term.
