Job description
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a leading healthcare system in The Woodlands, Texas, with the recruitment of a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to serve as Medical Director of Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for a visionary surgeon passionate about advancing minimally invasive and robotic surgery while leading the continued growth of a premier cardiovascular program.
Position Highlights:
Provide strategic and clinical leadership for cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgical services
Lead growth initiatives in thoracic oncology, lung nodule evaluation, and comprehensive surgical care pathways
Advance minimally invasive and robotic surgical capabilities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and operational performance initiatives
Support research, surgical education, and academic engagement
