Medical Director of Obstetric Anesthesiology - Stockton, CA | $575K
Lead a dynamic, collegial team of anesthesiologists and partner with Nursing and OB leadership in this regional referral/high-acuity program. Leading Academic hospital system with Magnet nursing designation. Beautiful Sacramento area with four-season recreation and easy access to Napa Valley.
Compensation
$575K
Annual Stipend $30K
Up to $3,000 annually for CME
10 weeks paid time off
$50,000 commencement bonus
Relocation assistance/allowance up to $10,000 for out-of-state or out-of-area candidates receipts required

Practice Environment
2 Obstetric Operating Rooms
8-10 Labor & Delivery Rooms
3,000+ deliveries annually
Level III NICU (30 beds)
Primary Assignment to Obstetrics with periodic rotation to cover the main OR and NORA environments
Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and hospital leadership
Participate in monthly QI, QC, and PI safety committees and obstetrical and perinatal committee meetings
Qualifications
Active state license
BC/BE in Anesthesiology
Obstetrical anesthesia experience required
Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
Experience working in a high-acuity obstetric environment
