Job Overview
Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware is seeking a Pediatric Gastroenterologist with expertise in Motility and Functional GI disorders to lead our Motility & Functional Gastrointestinal disorders program.
Responsibilities
Lead the Motility & Functional GI disorders program, performing esophageal, antroduodenal, colonic, and anorectal manometries.
Utilize video capsule endoscopy, pH-impedance probe, Endoflip, and transnasal endoscopy technologies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including dietitians, social workers, psychologists, nurses, and specialty authorization staff.
Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives and contribute to resident, fellow, and provider education.
Assist in the Complex Colorectal Program, providing advanced care for anorectal malformations, cloacal anomalies, Hirschsprung disease, and refractory constipation.
Qualifications
Board‑certified pediatric gastroenterologist with experience in motility procedures.
Proven leadership experience and a track record of clinical excellence.
Strong research background; a generous research package is available.
Academic appointment will be at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level in the Clinical Educator or Clinical Scholar track at Sidney Kimmel Medical College.
