Position Summary

Brattleboro Memorial Hospital (BMH) is seeking an energetic clinician to serve as Medical Director within our Primary Care Team, part of a 50‑provider, hospital‑employed, multi‑specialty outpatient practice. The Medical Director will support financial and strategic planning by contributing to budget development, identifying growth opportunities, assessing community health needs, and advancing value‑based care and cost‑efficiency strategies.

Finally, the Medical Director will help promote ongoing education and professional development by leading or participating in training programs, case reviews, CME activities, performance evaluations, and FPPE/OPPE processes, playing a key role in cultivating an engaged, high‑performing Primary Care practice.
