Job description
IDEAYA Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Medical Director of Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance to lead medical review of ICSRs in oncology and to oversee the global pharmacovigilance program.
The role is based in South San Francisco with onsite four days per week and some work-from-home flexibility. You will partner with Safety Operations and external PV vendors, ensuring high-quality case processing, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness.
