Job description
IDEAYA Biosciences in South San Francisco seeks an experienced Medical Director of Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance to join the global pharmacovigilance program. The role is onsite four days per week and partners with Safety Operations and the pharmacovigilance vendor for day-to-day ICSR processing.
The position provides medical leadership for safety reviews, CAPAs, and regulatory inspections, requiring 5–8+ years in oncology PV, MD, and strong regulatory knowledge.
