Practice Details IPA Area Medical Director in Northeast Florida Hybrid role: Working from home Working at clinical practice Making visits to locations (IPA affiliated practices) Monday through Friday outpatient scheduleMinimum of five years experience in primary care or VBCThree years experience leading cliniciansDevelop relationships with IPA physician groupsLeading clinical strategy for IPA performanceCoaching, education and performance feedback Compensation and Benefits Base salary in the range of $325,000 - $365,000Annual bonus incentive planFull malpractice coverage and relocationOutstanding benefits plan including health, dental, vision, 401k w/match Community Enjoy working in the heart of Northeast Florida and the suburbsLive in either the Jacksonville or Daytona Beach marketEnjoy the Atlantic coast beaches and endless outdoor activities Requirements 5 years of post-residency experience3 years of leading clinicians in leadership roleMUST reside in Northeast Florida
