Job description
We are seeking a dedicatedMedical Director/Attending Physician to provide exceptional care across localskilled nursing facilities in Grayling, Michigan. This full-timeopportunity offers outstanding scheduling flexibility, a collaborative practiceenvironment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the health andwell-being of post-acute and long-term care patients. As the attending physician,you will partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistantsto deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinicalleadership and oversight within assigned facilities.
Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule servinglocal skilled nursing facilities
Physicians typically covereach facility 1-2 days per week
No fixed daily start or endtimes
No call responsibilities
No overnight shifts
18 - 25 visits per day

Active MD or DO,unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
