Nursing Director of Clinical Services (RN) - Dialysis Executive Leadership Regional Dialysis Oversight Richmond, VA
We are seeking a passionate, outcomes-driven RN executive to serve as Nursing Director of Clinical Services for a multi-site dialysis division.
This is not a facility-level role. This is regional, strategic leadership designed for a senior nurse executive who:

Multi-Clinic Oversight Oversee clinical performance across multiple dialysis sites
Travel regionally (up to 50%) to ensure visibility, consistency, and support
Maintain 2-3 days per week on-site presence to reinforce standards and support leaders
Ensure regulatory readiness and clinical excellence across all locations
Managing Managers & Leadership Development Directly coach and develop Clinical Services Managers
Strengthen leadership accountability and performance management
Address underperformance with clarity and support
Build succession plans and elevate emerging leaders
Foster a culture of ownership, safety, and clinical excellence
Qualifications Required:
Active RN license
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
8-10+ years clinical experience
4+ years progressive leadership experience
Multi-site or regional oversight experience
Experience managing managers
Demonstrated success improving clinical quality metrics
Strong regulatory and patient safety knowledge
Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%)
Compensation & Executive Benefits Salary: $140,000-$155,000
