Job description
Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Medical Director to provide medical direction for a 16-bed acute rehab unit in Farmington, NM in partnership with San Juan Regional Medical Center. This is an independent contractor role requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week, with potential outpatient clinic involvement and inpatient consults.
