Job description
Frontier is expanding its direct primary care clinics to Richardson, Mesquite, Duncanville and Arlington, TX. We seek a Medical Director (MD/DO) to lead clinical teams, provide oversight and mentorship to advanced practice providers, and partner with the Chief Medical Officer to optimize workflows and care quality.
The role oversees clinic operations, budget, inventory and staff development with a focus on compliance and safety.
