Job description
Primary Care Solutions is seeking a physician to deliver direct clinical care to veterans and oversee clinical care within the clinic. You will act as a medical resource for care delivery and ensure excellent outcomes by consistent chart reviews and adherence to VA guidelines.
You will build a positive relationship with VA partners and support patient enrollment and follow-up scheduling. Board-certified MD/DO in family or internal medicine is required, with active state license and DEA.
