Job description
OSF HealthCare in Illinois seeks a Physician Leader to join a dyad leadership team, blending clinical expertise with operations planning to enhance patient care and outcomes.
You will monitor care quality, oversee performance improvement and manage ambulatory clinicians, with a split schedule of 2.5 days administrative and 2.5 days clinical.
Collaborate with the CMO and senior leaders to implement strategies, ensure malpractice coverage, and maintain licensure and privileges.
