Job description

360X Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical Director of Prior Authorization to support a healthcare provider network in the Pomona/Chino area. This physician leader will guide medical necessity reviews, care coordination, and provider relationships to ensure appropriate care settings.

You will review requests, make determinations on approvals/denials, and collaborate with clinical teams to optimize outcomes while controlling costs.
