Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for patients with psychiatric disorders in an inpatient setting.
Supervise students and residents as assigned.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure coordinated and continuous care within the psychiatric department.
Participate in the evaluation of quality of services provided.
Exhibit administrative and organizational skills; demonstrate compliance with institutional, regulatory, legal, and professional guidelines.
Maintain attendance and reliability to support efficient and cost‑effective hospital operations.
Qualifications
Board‑certified Psychiatrist.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Medical Director / Psychiatrist designation desirable.
