Job description
Medical Director — Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Clinic | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

The Opportunity
This is a clinical leadership role — not a full-time position. The Medical Director provides physician oversight for a Medicare-enrolled HBOT program treating patients across all 14 FDA-approved indications, with primary volume in diabetic foot ulcers, non-healing wounds, delayed radiation injury, and refractory osteomyelitis. Trinity's operations team manages all scheduling, billing, staffing, and administration; the Medical Director's focus is clinical oversight only.

Remain available by phone during clinic hours
Participate in Medicare enrollment with Novitas (Texas MAC)
On-site presence is not required for every patient session.
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Texas medical license (MD or DO)
Medicare enrollment as a physician provider, or willingness to enroll
