Job description
Allure HealthCare Service seeks a Medical Director to join our team in the LaSalle County area. This in-person role oversees SNFs, leads QA and process improvements, and guides facility staff in clinical guidelines.
You will supervise PA/NP staff, provide high-quality primary care, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while using PointClickCare for EHR and supporting chronic care management initiatives.
