Job description
Sierra Health Search Partners has been retained by a leading multi-state medical aesthetics organization to identify Florida physicians interested in Medical Director opportunities across its growing platform.
These opportunities are designed to complement an established physician's existing clinical practice and involve limited ongoing administrative responsibilities. Opportunities are available across multiple Florida markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Medical Director oversight for one or more designated Florida locations, where permitted.
Review and sign required clinical and regulatory documentation.
Participate in periodic clinical and quality reviews, including complication and adverse-event review.
Provide appropriate physician availability for clinical escalation.
Support compliance with applicable clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with enterprise clinical leadership as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
MD or DO with active Florida licensure in good standing.
Board certification in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery.
Strong clinical reputation and commitment to patient safety.
Medical aesthetics or cosmetic procedure experience preferred.
Experience supervising or collaborating with advanced practice clinicians preferred.
Prior Medical Director experience helpful but not required.
Ability to meet applicable geographic and regulatory coverage requirements.
Physicians may maintain an existing clinical practice.
The scope of each opportunity will be determined based on physician location and applicable coverage requirements.
