Southeast Community Animal Hospital is seeking aMedical Director (DVM) to lead our growing small animal practice in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about mentorship, high-quality medicine, and building a collaborative hospital culture.
As Medical Director, you'll continue practicing medicine while helping guide clinical standards, support team development, and influence the future growth of the hospital.

As a working Medical Director, you will:
Lead and support clinical excellence across the hospital
Develop and uphold medical protocols and standards of care
Mentor and coach veterinarians and support staff
Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture
Partner with leadership to drive hospital growth and success

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in North Carolina
3+ Years of Clinical Experience Preferred
Previous Leadership Experience a Plus
