Medical Director Veterinarian | Bellevue Animal Clinic | Little Rock, AR | Signing Bonus starting at $50,000 | Partnership Opportunity

Bellevue Animal Clinic is seeking a Medical Director Veterinarian to help shape the future of our practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. As an AAHA-accredited , full-service small animal hospital, we have proudly served pets and their families with compassionate, comprehensive care for years. Our veterinary hospital offers a wide range of services including preventative care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, therapeutic laser treatment, boarding, grooming, and more.
As Medical Director, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patient care and hospital growth while partnering with a collaborative team that is passionate about veterinary medicine.
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff
Promote medical excellence and high-quality patient care
Partner with hospital leadership to support growth and operational success
Help establish and maintain medical protocols and best practices
Foster a positive, collaborative hospital culture
Continue practicing veterinary medicine and building client relationships

What We’re Looking For:
DVM or equivalent degree
Active Arkansas veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for mentorship and team development
Commitment to exceptional client service and patient care
Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree or equivalent from an accredited university
Active Veterinary State License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Current DEA License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Additional Information
Compensation starting at $130,000
