Blue Ridge Veterinary Associates – Medical Director
Blue Ridge Veterinary Associates is seeking a team-oriented and enthusiastic Medical Director to join our team in Purcellville, Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits
$150,000-$200,000 base salary (experience‑based)
Up to $100,000 sign‑on bonus
Substantial retention and relocation support

Your Role
As Medical Director, you won't be buried in paperwork. You'll be a practicing veterinarian who leads, mentors new graduates, performs surgery, and shapes the medical vision of the practice.
Responsibilities
Set the medical and surgical direction for a collaborative 10‑doctor team
Mentor associates and foster a culture where learning thrives
Ensure gold‑standard care while managing inventory and protocols
Partner with the Hospital Manager on recruiting top talent
Support your team's passion projects and continuing education goals
