With a salary of up to $180,000, performance-based bonuses, and an immediate opportunity to earn equity without an upfront financial investment, this position offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical leadership with long-term practice ownership.

About the Role
This Medical Director position offers the chance to play a key role in bringing a new urgent care hospital to life. You will help establish the clinical culture, support and develop your team, and have a meaningful influence over how the practice operates, while continuing to provide hands‑on patient care.
