Lead a well-established, six-doctor small animal hospital just northwest of Boston. What You'll Do

Provide medical leadership while practicing high-quality clinical care

Mentor associate veterinarians and support staff

Support a culture of collaboration, education, and excellent patient care

Champion team development and ongoing improvement initiatives

Requirements

Licensed (or eligible) DVM/VMD in Massachusetts

Confident in anesthesia, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and case management

Skilled in communication, mentorship, and team leadership

Eager to support a positive, inclusive, and fun work environment
