Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered, and growth-minded Medical Doctor to join our team. This role is designed for a physician who values time with patients, personalized care, and practicing medicine in a more meaningful, relationship-driven way.
At The Wright Center, you will have the opportunity to move beyond traditional high-volume models and deliver thoughtful, comprehensive care in a concierge setting. You will work with patients across a range of services including women's health, hormone optimization, weight management, sexual health, and preventative care.
This role is ideal for a physician who wants to combine clinical excellence with innovation, autonomy, and a high-touch patient experience.
Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Excellence
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on women's health and preventative medicine.
Conduct in-depth patient visits, including gynecologic care, hormone therapy management, weight management, sexual health, and pre-/post-procedure consultations.
Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each patient's goals and long-term health.
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
Concierge Patient Experience
Deliver a high-touch, relationship-based care experience with extended time for patient visits.
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients through trust, communication, and continuity of care.
Uphold The Wright Center's standard of exceeding expectations in every interaction.
Telehealth & Ongoing Care
Conduct virtual visits with professionalism, warmth, and clinical accuracy.
Manage ongoing patient care, including follow-ups, lab review, and care coordination.
Provide clinical guidance and support through both in-person and virtual channels.
Collaboration & Team Integration
Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and front office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure.
Contribute to a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Growth & Specialty Development
Engage in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
Explore and develop areas of specialty within the practice (e.g., hormone optimization, weight management, sexual health, aesthetic or procedural services).
Contribute to the evolution and expansion of services within the practice.
Requirements
Medical Doctor (MD or DO) required
Board certification or board eligibility in relevant specialty
Specialties of interest include Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Plastic Surgery, or related fields
Strong interest in women's health, preventative care, and/or integrative medicine
Experience in outpatient or concierge-style practice preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, compassion, and commitment to patient-centered care
Comfortable working with EMRs and Telehealth platforms
