Job description
Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Medical professional to support post-acute, outpatient, and home-based rehab services. In this role, you’ll collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, nursing, and support teams to deliver patient-centered, outcome-driven care. Responsibilities include assisting with treatment coordination, monitoring patient progress, documenting services, and supporting interdisciplinary care plans. You’ll promote safety, educate patients and families, and contribute to continuous quality improvement in a clinically driven, learning-focused environment.
