Join us as we continue building a unified, global therapy organization dedicated to empowering children and families.Location: Lafayette, CAEssential duties and responsibilities:Answering phonesConverting new leads into patientsRescheduling canceled appointmentsMaintaining full capacity for all providers through scheduling actionsCollecting co-paysProcessing medical records requestsCompleting registration formsAnticipating staff/patient/family needs, and responding with appropriate, high level careRegisters and orients all patients to clinic policiesMaintain client recordsQualificationsIdeal Candidate:Bilingual - English/SpanishMust have ability to work through interruptions and multitask independently in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to prioritize and multi-taskMust be customer focusedWe are looking for a self starter who can think outside of the box and be a problem solverMust be able to create and maintain trust and confidence with new and existing patientsA polished professional appearance is required to be the face of the officeMust be computer literate with EMR and Epic Experience.
