Job description
Palmetto Primary Care Physicians in Columbia, SC, seeks a Medical Front Desk Representative to greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect co-pays, and schedule visits in a patient-friendly, HIPAA-compliant manner.
This non-exempt PRN role requires knowledge of medical terminology, EHR systems (eClinicalWorks), and strong communication; you will support the clinical team, manage calls, and maintain a clean, confidential front-office area.
