Job description
Winona Health is seeking a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) to perform laboratory services, including phlebotomy and various complexity tests, in a collaborative hospital setting.
The MT/MLT will work across disciplines, assist with teaching, and ensure QA/QI activities support accurate results and patient safety. The role involves shift rotation and on-site duties at Winona Health.
