Job description
Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Medical Lab Technician/MT Generalist to perform accurate, timely testing across chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood bank to support high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include specimen processing, instrument operation, quality control, troubleshooting, and documentation in compliance with CLIA and CAP standards. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, support emergency and routine testing, contribute to process improvement, and participate in ongoing education within LVHN’s mission-driven, patient-first culture.
