Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) Lexington, KY We are seeking a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join a growing laboratory team in the Lexington, Kentucky area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
Compensation Medical Technologist (MT/MLS): $28-$40/hour
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT): $22-$33/hour
Compensation based on experience, education, and certifications

Responsibilities Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
Analyze, interpret, and report test results accurately and efficiently
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures
Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care
Qualifications Associate's degree (MLT) or Bachelor's degree (MT/MLS) in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
ASCP certification preferred or eligible to obtain certification
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
