Job description
SSM Health seeks a Medical Laboratory Scientist Lead to provide expert clinical testing and leadership in our hospital laboratory. In this role, you will perform complex diagnostic testing, oversee daily workflows, and serve as a technical resource for the team. You will ensure accurate, timely results, maintain quality and regulatory compliance, and support training and competency of staff.
